The Van Gogh painting titled &#8220;Head of a Man&#8221; had an estimated value of $21.4 million before the change in attribution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tests on the Van Gogh painting were performed by art experts at the van Gogh museum in Amsterdam. The Van Gogh painting has been in the gallery&#8217;s collection since 1940.
